Customer Service Policy

Intense Flavorz LLC is a home bakery business proudly serving premium cakes for your special gatherings. If you would like to place an order, please call or email between the hours of 11:00 AM-5:30 PM (Mon-Sat).

Prices for cakes are listed on the website and are subject to change. Payments can be made by phone at the time of your order. I will start on your order within 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.

After your order is complete, I will notify you regarding delivery options. Free delivery in the McCalla area only. Delivery charges may apply to other locations. Allow 3-7 days from the time your order is placed until it is delivered to you. Shipping cakes is not available at this time.

Refund policy:

-If you need to cancel your order before I make your cake, please notify me as soon as possible and I will issue a full refund.   

-If you need to cancel an order after you’ve paid, you can receive a full refund only if the product has not been made. If the product has been made, I can not issue a refund. 

-If you’ve paid and decided that you don’t want your product on the original date requested, you can transfer your order to a new date if I have not made it and receive your cake at that time. 

-Intense Flavorz LLC realizes that mistakes can occur during the process of receiving and delivering orders so you will receive your order for free if any of the following happens: Missed deliveries, overlooked orders, and wrong orders.
